SHD-3.0.0- NGINX SERVER FAILED

Hi all , 

I can't use  the web interface  .   Web is unacessible .  

When the  vm start , I found  error messages 

Failed to start vmware Skyline  Health Diagnostics API server 

Failed to start Nginx High Performance HTTP server and reverse proxy 

Can I delete the VM   with disturbing  my vcenter  ?  I will  deploy a new version of appliance

Hi @owadoux ,

You can certainly delete the SHD VM from vCenter and use the latest available SHD OVA from SKYLINE_HD_VSPHERE .

Can you please also ensure that both the passwords (SHD appliance and SHD root user account) provided while deploying the appliance meets the complexity requirements as we suspect this to be the reason for failure.
