Root Passwords are not working and how can we create or delete the user accounts in Diagnostic

We have deployed Skyline Diagnostic Tool in All environments and we are trying to provide access to our users to access it, but we have to disable the shd-admin account and provide admin rights to our group in Skyline Diagnostic Tool. Please help in providing suggestions on user accounts creations

SHD has only one shd-admin account. For general usage of the tool (diagnostics etc), you can create operator users using UI provided User Management section available in the "Settings" tab.
