We've noticed that we haven't received any Skyline notifications from the cloud side since late December. Everything appears to be selected for notifications and I have not found any evidence in any of our systems to suggest that messages were filtered or rejected. I did restart the collector as I saw that referenced in another post, but that seems unlikely to help as there are still current findings in Skyline.
How do I go about testing and\or resolving this? Is it something that I should submit to general VMware support?
