Change Datacenter Selection After Collector Deployment

We have a number of different skyline collectors which each collect from a subset of datacenters.

Since deploying the collectors we have added more locations to vcenter / datacenter objects, but I don't see a way either in the skyline collector appliance or the skyline advisor console to select these additional datacenters / objects.

How can I do this? Does the option only become available when the collectors are deployed fresh?
