Installation never completes properly

So, I download, import and configure with a static IP but,

In the console, it is just a blue screen and I cannot login with any credentials

The web page wont load.

I cannot see what I am doing wrong on deployment. Any ideas?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Apologies for the delayed response. We've replicated this issue intermittently in our lab. We're working on a fix. In the meantime, we've been able to work around this issue by restarting the VM.

Please let us know if you're still running into issues after restarting the VM.
