Add GPU to linux

When I add GPU to vm (ubuntu 22.04) , I can not connect to it via horizon client and this error appear :

Can you power the very VM on from vSphere console ?

several things to check:

1, you can power on the VM(with vGPU attached) from vSpehre;

2, you select 'NVIDIA GRID VGPU' for 3D renderer when create pool, like this
