I have a customer that has 170 VDI licenses. Under Licensing in vCenter, it shows 193 used out of 170. I RDP to the Connection Broker and it never shows more than 104 active sessions. How can I get vCenter to reflect what the Connection Broker actually has in use? My customer thinks he needs to purchase more licenses and I keep telling him that's not the case.
