Waiting for Agent

What should be done when you receive a "Waiting for Agent" message in the broker? Firewalls are turned off, can telnet to broker from desktop over port 4001, however when I do a netstat -an, there is no 4001 entry, only 4000. Version 3.12 of View...any thoughts?

Check if the Vmware View Agent Service is running on the VM Client.

Connect to the VM through the console view of the VIClient.Try to restart that service, too.
