VMView 5 - Enabling View Composer Error

I am in the process of installing VMView and getting the error below when trying to add the View Composer  to the Connection server.

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

vCenter v.5.0.0-456005

View Composer v.2.7.0-481620

View Connection v.5.0.0-481677

Checked the firewalls?

The exceptions are in the firewalls.  i also disabled all firewalls and continued to get the same error.
