UAG SSO Failing after user password change

Not sure if this is the right board but.

We're having an issue where after a user changes his/her password either in Azure or on-prem the UAGs will fail a logon due to user credentials. Recovery can take a few hours or a day or so.

We've confirmed after the change at some point the UAG fails the user auth in Azure. But the user can logon to Azure with the new password. The user can logon to on-prem accounts just not to their VDI through the UAG.

Not sure where to look to troubleshoot this?
