Session Locked

I am using Horizon to log into my government computer and my last lesson locked.  I am not able to reconnect because its locked. Control-Alt-Delete is not working.  When at work I am not able to open the files I had opened using Horizon. Can anyone help?

Is the View pool setup to allow the user to reset the VDI? If so, then when you login to the view client, and see the VDI tile, you should be able to right-click on it and hit Reset Desktop. That will essentially reboot it, and close the session.
