Hi team,
Currently, I am facing a situation where when logging into VDI, even though the status on the Portal Machine is connected, it cannot load onto the Windows desktop screen, it only displays a black screen.
I have to exit the session and log back in many times before I can access the desktop.
Currently, CS is using version 2111 (8.4.0) and Desktop Agent 2111 (8.4.0), VMware tool version 12.0.0
When there is an error, the log on the agent desktop is showing an error
