Horizon is acting abnormal

Hi Horizon Forum

We are experiencing a wierd problem, that I hope someone can help us in the right direction, to make our Horzion enviorment better!

Bottomline is, Our Horizon is acting abnormal, but here are the key issues:

1. CPU is going crazy, and for no reason. The attached PNG shows that the vm is using 50% CPU, but in reality its only using 17.2% (thats accountable in taskmgr)

Horizon.png2. Users experiece that Office and other applications are unreliable

   - Outlook stops responding, are stuck in "Loading Profile" (Office x64)

   - While using Outlook -> Save as -> \\Domain.local\uemprofiles\user,

     The action takes up to 30 seconds, sometimes explorer even comes

     up with "access denied" error.

   - Error is not present when linking directly in UEM to \\DFS\Uemprofiles\user

3. Graphics appear to be very laggy and not working good in multiple programs

   - We are running 7.2 on both image and host
