We are currently testing RDS hosted application via Vmware Horizon 7.
Most of our users are happy, except for when they are using their iPads (which is pretty much all the time)
They want to know if it`s possible to extend the "timeout" period on the ipads, as far as I can tell this is set to 3 minutes.
So if the user is logged on, clicks the home button to do some other work on another app, if he`s not opened the Horizon app within the next 3 minutes he has to log in again.
Is this 3 minute timeout hard-coded into the app, or is it possible to change it? Cause as weird as it sounds, this could almost be a dealbreaker...
