When attempting to connect to RedHat 8 VM's published through Horizon 8.3 we're receiving the following error -
All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy. Please try connecting to this desktop again later, or contact your system administrator.
We're currently running a proof of concept so this is a new deployment of Horizon in Azure. The VM's are hosted on Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
I successfully followed VMware's documentation for preparing a RHEL VM, installing the Horizon agent and publishing the VM's through a manual desktop pool. As part of troubleshooting I've verified -
- Network connectivity, DNS etc. between Horizon, AVS and the RHEL VM's is working
- The VM's are running in vCenter and I can connect to them directly using the vCenter console
- The Horizon agent installed successfully using the install_viewagent.sh --multiple-session no -M no -A yes command
- Reviewed all of the various Horizon VM agent logs
- Verified the Horizon VM agents have successfully started
- The agent status for each VM is showing as available in Horizon
- Tested with two different desktop pools and RHEL VM's
- Confirmed the Horizon display protocol is set to VMware Blast
The error seems fairly generic. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the root cause might be?
