Is there any way to disable the creation of desktop shortcuts in the iOS and Android client?
Here's our issue: We use linked clones and occasionally change the desktop pools available to users, including pool renaming as necessary. Every time we do this our support desk gets calls from remote users complaining they can no longer get to their desktop. The issue always turns out to be a stale desktop shortcut with a name that is no longer valid, and then we have to walk the user through deleting the shortcut (not intuitive at all BTW) and then re-connecting to the security server to get the list of currently available desktops.
I appreciate the convenience factor of remembering the desktop name, but for our users it can be more trouble than it's worth. Any way to disable this "feature"?
