Ctrl + Break on VM Desktop?

Unable to use the Ctrl + Break function on a VM Desktop, anyone had this problem or is there a way around it?

This is needed to break a process instead of killing the entire session when using certain software applications.

Thanks

Are you using RDP or PCoIP as display protocol?

Did you try CTRL-ALT-BREAK? If this also doesn't work, is there a way to get around that issue using another key combination in the application?

Yes this has been tested - I have downloaded a keymapper application from microsoft but the break button is actually disabled and is mapped to 0 when pressed to remap to another key.

It just seems via VMware you are unable to send the break signal at all, also tested from a Desktop using VMviewclient 4.5 and via a thin client.

I thought it may of been a general Remote Desktop problem but thats not the case.

Thanks
