Cannot Install Horizon 5.3

I have attempted a number of different solutions including modifying the download settings under customize installation; extracting just the .msi file through the use of Powershell and running it like that; updating my windows updates fully; clearing out temporary files; and even attempted installing 5.2 in hopes that I could install and upgrade it from there (couldn't install 5.2 either). My computer is running Windows 10 and each time the installer just fails without explanation as to why. I'm not as tech-savvy as some and could use some help figuring out how to get this installed so I can work from my home during this difficult time. I have attached a copy of my failed installation log on my most recent attempt.

It seems that you have orphaned files of the USB Redirector service:

Try to delete them manually and retry the installation.

I went through and deleted the file under the system32 folder (fought with TrustedInstaller permissions during that for a bit) and there was no file like that under the SysWOW64 folder. Attempted the installation again and still failed. New installation fail log is attached.
