Apply protocol changes to Automated Desktop Pool

I changed the protocol from PCOIP to RDP on an automated desktop pool. How do i have the changes replicate to the VMs in the pool? Is there something that I'm supposed to do? (recompose, refresh?)

Are you referring to changing the default protocol to RDP for the pool? I am not aware of any changes that need to be made to your pool after something like that. You should see the client default to RDP for connecting to this pool after that change.

Apparently, you have to restart the VM in order for the new default protocol to be selected in the View client.

I only needed to reauthenticate to the View Client to see the change in protocol. I assume this is because it reads the pool settings on login.
