ADLDS Service runing High CPU on VMware Horizon Connection Server

Hi team,

Currently I have a Connection Server build running for VDI service, recently I often have full CPU status
Through testing, it was discovered that the ADLDS and ws_Tomcatservice services were running and taking up a lot of CPU.

Tested information shows that send and receive between these two services is quite large.

Do you have any solution to fix this error? My current version is using 2111 (8.4.0)

Hello,
Do you have security tools like Antivirus on the Connection Server ?

If so, you must exclude some processes / executables from them.
