We are trying to monitor Desktop Poo Going dead and not able to provision in Horizon

We are tryin to fetch logs using ZENOSS from the Microsoft SQL Database for Desktop {Pool Monitoring and Provisioning failure.

Can anyone suggest any help how we can identify the Disabled Desktop Pool
