Looking for a Migration Design document sample

Hello Experts, Currently, Im in the process of preparing a migration strategy based on HCX with network extesion. 

Customer got legacy VMware environment and planning to move to private cloud based on VMware includes NSX-T.

Can anyone help to get a sample migration strategy - design document and migration approach ppt.
