HCX Bulk migration is it possible to pause replication during business hours
Currently, It is not possible to pause bulk migrations. You can define schedule to control cutover or enable seed checkpoint to start from same point in case of any failure.

Not via HCX but if you are using a distributed switch at source you can use NIOC provided the replicated VM and source IX are on different hosts.
