1. Enable 3D graphics or do not install VMware's WDDM video driver.

how to do this am creating vm with windows 8 ..os inatllaed cmd prompt only cmg ..desktop is visbile

Assuming that your VM is on the correct Hardware version ie VM HW version 8 or higher.

Enable 3D Support check box will be shown on Video card settings page in Virtual Machine Properties dialog box . If the host does not support  3D the check box will be disabled.

3D check box will be enabled only if the following requirement is met

The host supports 3D acceleration and The host OS supports 3D acceleration i.e. meaning ESX 5.0 and higher.

but 3d graphic option is not enables
