Windows 8 Developer Edition

Has anyone got this working on an ESXi 5.0 host?

If so could you please post your settings?

Regards,

Paul

Take a look at UPDATE3, you actually CAN run Win8 on ESXi 5 with some help from Xenserver running on ESXi 5 first Smiley Happy - http://www.virtuallyghetto.com/2011/09/how-to-run-windows-8-on-vsphere-5.html

Hi !

I've been able to run windows 8 Developer Preview both on a vSphere 4.1 and 5.
This method is a bit special, but it works.

As I said before, it near the same than describe above, but using only vmware products (not xenserver).

You can read the article on my blog: http://www.sqaopen.net/blog/en/?p=9

If you have a better way, I need to know !
