ESXi

I just did a clean install of ESXi. Then I created a windows virtual machine.

Next I want to install VMWare tools onto the virtual machine. I can't find the ISO anywhere -- where is it?

There is no ISO file as it's built into the vSphere Client. First, make sure you have a CD device as part of the hardware for the guest and that the guest is running. Then, right click on the guest name in the left inventory pane and select "Guest". At the bottom of the pop-up list will be "Install/Upgrade Tools". That will do the install.
