Virtualize Linux Red Hat Enterprise 7.2

Hi.

I have a old server with Linux Red Hat installed. This server has a application run, which can not be migrated to another platform because it is very old and I do not have technical support.

My solution was to virtualize this server on a vcenter whit Vsphere 6, using Conveter v6, but, this always fails.

How could I virtualize this physical server? This is very important for my company.
