Hi, 

     i am trying to download esi 6.5 again getting below error. Why cant i download the hypervisor again

Check with your My VMware Super User, Procurement Contact or Administrator.

If you recently purchased this product through VMware Store or through a third-party, try downloading later.

Public access to the ESXi 6.x downloads has been removed, after this version went out of support last year.
Only customers with paid licenses still have access.

Check your download history. Maybe from there it will be possible to download
