You may be able to install ESXi to your motherboard. The problems usually come from the embedded components like disk controllers and network cards. Disk controllers are less of a problem but using the controllers onboard RAID is not supported. NICs are the most common problem. Your board uses Realtek NICs which are not supported. You would need to find a supported NIC.
