VMware ESXi version 6.5 client host versions

Hello,

Running ESXi 6.5.0 and currently have:

Client version 1.24.0

Client Build Number 7119706

ESXi Build Number 5969303

What is the highest client version that this can be upgraded to?

Does this require incremental upgrades or can you jump to the latest client version for 6.5.0?

The web client vesion that was included in the ESXi build that you've mentioned was 1.21, so it looks like you've updated this before using a Fling version!?
Anyway, the latest version that was shipped with ESXi 6.5 (Build 17477841) was 1.34.2 (Build 16361878). I can't tell you whether this version is compatible to ESXi 6.5 U1, that you are currently using. Is there a reason why you can't/don't want to update/patch the ESXi host to a recent build?

The latest version of the client host is version 1.33.1 February 05, 2019
you can get it at the following link

You can install it directly and it is very simple.
I have upgraded on several ESXi without problems and with different levels (Build)..

you can also get the Host client version 1.34.2 from  path bundle zip builds (17477841) (17167537) in /vib20/esx-ui

Yes the Windows client application

We will look into using the web based client as well

You can skip updates, in other words: they do not have to be applied in sequence.

You can go straight for the latest 6.5 build
