By ESXi Host Client I have set 10 seconds to Failed Boot Recovery in VM Options.
And then I got Virtual Machine information by soap api, the results is indicated bootRetryDelay of vim.vm.BootOptions is 10.
According to api reference, In this case, 10 is wrong and bootRetryDelay should be 10000.
Api reference explains that the unit of bootRetryDelay is milliseconds.
And I tried checking it in vSphere Client. It indicated that boot delay time is 0.01 seconds.
Which one is correct?
