Hey everyone,
I brought down all my VMs on one host in order to change a setting on the host itself. Host came back up just fine as well as all but one VM.
VM with the issue came up with the following:
"A general system error occurred: Invalid fault" (I could only see a quarter of the screen CTRL in the CTRL+ALT+DEL and the device was not pinging)
I removed the VM from inventory and brought it back based of KB article (Dont know if it will work KB went down in middle of it all) Temporary Maintenance - Knowledge Base
This did not resolve the issue, instead brought up a new error:
"Unable to connect to the MKS: Could not connect to pipe \\.\pipe\vmware-authdpipe within retry period.
At this point the KB went down for maintenance.
Let me know where I can look or what solutions yall got.
