If this is a current screenshot, you should start configuring time/NTP settings!
Anyway, please provide some information about your environment, i.e. vCenter version/build, ESXi version/build, licensing (edition, # of sockets), Network settings (e.g. are vCenter Server and the ESXi hosts in the same subnet), ...

Did you already checked this two KB articles ?
And let us know the vCenter and ESX versions.
Please provide us with more details...
vCenter version?
ESXi host version?
ESXi host hardware?
Are you trying to add the new host to a cluster? If so, is EVA enabled? Also, if trying to add to the cluster, have you tried adding at the datacenter level?
The more information you provide, the easier it would be to help.
Thanks...
Hi All,
Thanks for your valuable support,Please find below details.
I am testing this whole environment in workstation 11,My desktop is having 16GB of RAM.
Vcenter server version is 5.0
ESX version 5.1.0
Above versions is evaluation ,
Thanks,
B.Srinivas
I guess since VC is version 5.0 you will not be able to add Higher version Esxi (5.1 or 5.5) because when Esxi is added to VC, vpxa agent is installed on that Esxi from vCenter. I am not 100% sure but I guess I read something like this or opposite of this.
Correct answers are highly welcomed.
You cannot manage a vSphere ESXi 5.1 using the vCenter Server 5.0... you will need upgrade the vCenter Server to version 5.1.
As already mentioned by others, this combination will not work. The resource to find out about supported configurations is the VMware Product Interoperability Matrix.
