On ESXi5 while running the below command i am getting the error.
Command:

Error: Read-only file system during write on /dev/disks/mpx.vmhba1:C0:T0:L0
SetPtableGpt: Unable to commit to disk
I am trying to partition the existing volume of 1.8 TB into smaller one so that i can create multiple datastores out of them. As this is failing i am not able to proceed further. Any support would really help me.
