I have installed ESXi 6.0 on my machine and my server is having Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller which is not displayed in network adapters due drivers not found.
what is the solution for this
this should help you:
Re: VIB drivers package for Realtek RTL8111E
Take a look at VMware Front Experience: vSphere 6 is GA: The ultimate guide to upgrade your white box to ESXi 6.0 to find out what's required to add such drivers to ESXi 6.0.

This did work well for me
That being said, and that ESX doesn't support RealTek anymore, and it sucks,

they are dropping *Nix drivers as much as possible
ESXi 6.5 enable Realtek NICs - Nolabnoparty
Might get them up in the short term

Were you able to get the proper driver for this?
I loaded 6.7 and it didn't recognize my Realtek 8111C.
FWIW: Motherboard is GA-MA770-DS3 Rev2.0
Not sure if I should continue looking for a driver that will work for 6.7 or just get something like a TP-Link PCI card for which there is a driver available.
