Problem with vmdk

Today, my ESXi 4.1 server wake up with these messages:

Warning message on xxxxxx: VMware ESX cannot synchronize with the
disk before canceling. Disk
/vmfs/devices/deltadisks/7de4ae9a-xxxxxx-s001.vmdk may be inconsistent.

Message on xxxxxxxxxxxxx: The operation on the file "/vmfs/devices/deltadisks

where disk "/vmfs/devices/deltadisks/7de4ae9a-xxxxxxxxx-s001.vmdk" resides is
full. Select Retry to attempt the operation again. Select Cancel to end the
session.

After this, vmdk is not more in datastore...

What can I do?

Thanks,

Daniele

Welcome to the VMware Communites forums.  I think it would be best to log a call with VMware support and ask for a recovery specialist.    I wouldn't start messing around the the datastore or the host if you have to recover data from it and don't have a backup to rely on.
