ProLiant DL380p Gen8 - esx.problem.boot.filesystem.down - SD card failure

In Vcentre  - we started to see this "esx.problem.boot.filesystem.down"

I have see this issue before and in the past  - we put host in maint mode and restarted server issue gone - probelm reading storage -

We have two server in out cluster of 10 with internal SD - Server is a  ProLiant DL380p Gen8 with esxi configured to boot of the onboard flash card - the servers are 05 & 06 both with same error.

However today was not an issue reading the card but the card has failed - unknown to me - reatrted 06 and its now dead no ESXi as memeory was flushed.

I can putty the 05 server - and see ESXi O/S esxi it has been installed and is running in memory from a failed SD card onboard - so we will not touch this.

Very dangerous position lucky we have capacity.

Anyone think how to retreive the OS from resident memory to flash to a new SD card ?

Any thoughts - good ideas?

thanks

John
