Hello.

Does VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices servise is running?

If yes, I think the problem is with firewall.

is that mean I have to disable the firewall or what ??

I check the ports in firewall and it's seems to me fine

all ports that belong to vCenter is open

I think vCenter use vCenter Web Management Service on port 8443 to show performance data. Try telnet <ip vCenter> 8443.

I will try to restart vCenter service and vCenter Web Management Service.

Also, check do you have another web service starting on that port?

Make sure to check that management webservices service as was mentioned earlier. I was having the same issue that you were having, and just checked my vCenter server. That service was disabled (I think I must have done that during the hardening) and when I enabled it, the performance monitors started working.
