Official Debian 6 Support?

Does anyone know why there isn't offical support for Debian 6 yet?

I would assume that when testing and verification are complete it will be. It does not mean that it doesn't work. I would do a search in the forums to see if there are any issues that might affect your intended use.

Hence my question. Debian 6 works, yet it's been quite some time since an update release.

When it's ready is the only answer available, I am afraid. I would keep watching the updates.
