Linked Mode in vCenter Server

If we have multiple vCenter Server with multiple ip subnets then is that possible to join them in the linked mode?

yes it is possible, but the inter vlan routing and the acl must be there, and the firewall exists ports should be open between the subnets.

As long as there is network connectivity there is no issues.

As other have mentioned it is possible to have vCenter in linked mode with differernt subnet. Also check Linked Mode Prerequisites for vCenter Server
