This is not a technical issue, only licensing and I have opened a ticket with licensing support but have not heard back yet so I'm grasping at straws here. Obviously there is no licensing community and of course this question doesn't belong on a tech forum.
I purchased a vSphere license. I accidentally registered it on a different account that does not have a procurement function therefore I can't release that key so I can register it on the correct account. Kinda odd that on the same account I can register new keys but not release them or even see them.
I'm assuming I'll have to patiently wait for licensing support to get back to me, yes?
