It seems no direct way to covert the .adi to .VMDK or .OVA format.
In my case, one can only create a VM first, then mount a UEFI USB WinPE booting and run AOMEI and restore the .adi image to the VM created. This P2V way helped me with all Microsoft Windows machine.
However, It works for Windows only. I have no success for Linux CentOS by this way.
