We have an esx 4i, with a hp storageworks ultrium 448 SAS LTO4 attached. It had been configured to a virtual machine running on that esx 4i (SCSI device). We installed Symantec Backup exec, but everytime we insert the tape (we have more than one, and its the same...) , its automatically drawed.
hardware issue????
