Ghost Resource Groups following an ESXi host

I had to move an ESXi host from vCenter A to vCenter B then move it back again to vCenter A a few days later, and the move was good, however the host now has a ">" arrow next to it in the Cluster view, and if I click the arrow, it shows the same resource groups as the resource groups in the same cluster.

What this means is that I can see the cluster resource groups as child resource groups attached to the host!? Although the host has no running VMs, when I open the resource groups attached to the host, I can see running VMs which are on other hosts.

How can I get rid of this? Do I have to remove the host again?

vCenter 6.7U3q
ESXi 6.7.0 Build 19195723

Hi,

Disconnect and remove the host again, Reboot server hardware and then add it back.
