Effect on restarting crond in a live ESXi running service vms?

My question is about effect when restarting crond in a live ESXi host running service vms. When I restart crond, this is all messages on syslog. 

 On vSphere client, no issues and alarms

Hi , 

Restarting the crond will not effect anything on the esxi and its services . I  have restarted the crond to add additional jobs when the server is live and nothing happened .
