ESXi Host Stuck at 25% when Exiting Standby Mode

Hi,

I am trying to power on an ESXi host and it has been stuck at 25% overnight. Any ideas as to why? I have attached a couple screenshots to show the issue:

Perhaps the host did not respond to the IPMI command or WOL packet. Are you able to log in to the IPMI interface and do a hard reset of the physical host?

Can you try to Exit maintenance mode using the vimsh or vim-cmd command.

2. Run one of these commands:

ESXi: # vim-cmd /hostsvc/maintenance_mode_exit
