Hi Berndweyand,

I have created a test environment same as production environment.

The goal is to upgrade from 6.5 to 6.7, I wanted to do it first in the test environment before I do it in production.

I wanted to connect to VAMI from vcenter but the page is no loading. I am getting the error : page can not be displayed.

so you have your 6.5 vcenter running ? is it reachable (ping etc) ?

can you login into vcenter ? or is the starting page loading from vcenter ?

please login to vcsa via ssh and post the output of "service-control --status"

if you cannot ssh or open vcenter then connect to the host client and open the webconsole for login

seems that some services are not running. im missing the values for node health, version, uptime, and only 23 services.

but you can login to vcenter - then open the webconsole of the vcsa and login

then try service-control --status

with webconsole i meant the console inside vcenter:

you said you can login into vcenter - there you can start the webconsole of the vcenter vm and login with root

Did you try rebooting the vcenter VM via the center UI page or from the ESXi host on which the center VM is running?
