Accessing VM via Https Problem

Hello Community,

My first post here.

I have create a Cisco UCS VM on my VMware ESXi 5.5. I have configured a serial port to use https to access the VM, see image. However, I'm unable to connect to the VM.

I can however, access the VM if I configure the serial port to use Telnet.

Can someone let me know where I'm going wrong?

Welcome to the community,

From the screenshot I notice that "Device Status = Connected" checkbox is missing

Can you check the box and try?
