Solved: 4.1 ESXI error

I was wondering if this error ever happen to anyone? It says and internal error has occured in thin vsphere client. Details: an item with the same key has already been added.

Having this issue for a while. hope they ll fix it

another thing: could this happen if i have installed on my environment different veriosns of vMware vSphere Client. cause in my case i have installed vSphere Client. 4.0 and vSphere Client 4.1.
