Converting VM's

Hi

We have VM's on Vmware Infrastructure Web access and these server need to add with ESX host with ESXi 5.1

Please suggest how to convert and add these vm's to ESX 5.1

Like physical machine, install contverter stand alone on VM, and convert this virtual physical machine. The same process that you use to convert P2V.
